Poni

The fresco, designed by Poni (real name Hilda Palafox), an internationally-renowned Mexican artist, has taken up residence on the gable of the Yves Rocher facade in the Piétonnier area. This is the artist's first visit to Belgium, and she juggles fluidity, simplicity and a poetic aesthetic. She usually draws women without pupils, inviting us to travel. On this wall in Montpellier, she has installed one of these women with the city's hill in the background.
