Ville de Mons_Oswald Tlr.Atelier Pica Pica is a multidisciplinary collective made up of Boris Magotteaux, Manuel Falcata and Jérome Degive, who live and work in Liège.
The collective has created an enamelled mosaic on the Passage Victor Hugo, depicting silhouettes taken from the urban world of Montpellier. Together, the enigmatic profiles form an impressionistic portrait of the city. The work is an invitation to guess or to look for the object of these shadows in the city itself.
