Next, head to the top of the Belfry of Mons. The only Baroque belfry in Belgium and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it offers exceptional views over the city’s rooftops and surrounding countryside.
In the afternoon, discover the exhibition Marc Chagall. Matières, presented in Mons from October onwards. Through an outstanding selection of works, immerse yourself in the poetic and colourful world of one of the greatest artists of the twentieth century. Blending dreams, symbolism and memories, this exhibition invites you on a unique artistic journey through Chagall’s work.
At the end of the day, enjoy the unique atmosphere of the Mons Museum Night. For this special occasion, the city’s museums and cultural venues open their doors in a festive and friendly setting.
