Albergo complessivamente comodo, in posizione vicina al centro città, con ampie camere, seppur un po datato e meno moderno e tecnologico rispetto ad altri B&B. Molto comoda ed apprezzata la possibilità di utilizzare, compresa nel prezzo e senza limitazioni la macchina del caffè che erogava anche cappuccini e te.

Je ne comprends vraiment pas la note générale de cet hôtel, peut être que nous sommes tombés dans une autre dimension ! À l’arrivée, nous demandons l’accès au parking souterrain. La réceptionniste nous fait payer la place pour la durée de notre séjour sans nous prévenir avant que l’entrée du parking est très étroite et que cela peut donc être compliqué en fonction de la taille de certaines voitures. Au second jour, lorsque nous avons voulu retourner dans le parking après une sortie, le réceptionniste nous refuse l’accès sèchement en nous disant que nous n’avons pas payé. Outres ces soucis de parking, l’hôtel est assez bruyant. On entend tout ce qu’il se passe dans la chambre voisine et les femmes de ménage font un boucan le matin avec leurs chariots ou en parlant fort à côté de votre porte (malgré la petite pancarte « ne pas déranger » accrochée à la porte).
Nous avons dormi 3 nuits à l’hôtel. Il faisait très chaud dans la chambre alors qu’il ne faisait pas chaud dehors… Obligé de dormir avec un ventilateur les 3 nuits. Et comme il y avait trop de passage, c’était compliqué en plus de laisser la fenêtre ouverte toute la nuit… La literie était trop molle. Le pommeau de douche fuyait… Au petit déjeuner que nous avons prit les 3 matins il y avait toujours la même chose… Plus de 400€ de payé… Je trouve ça plutôt cher quand même
Great low cost hotel with everything you need. Decent quality for what you pay, and the access to Mons is perfect. Good garage under the hotel for secure parking too. Special mention for Alessio on reception who was really helpful with everything. This is what hotel service should look like!
