Séjour exceptionnel au B&B HOTEL Mons Centre. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et bien agencée, à l'image de l'établissement dans son ensemble. Le buffet était de bonne qualité et le personnel, vraiment excellent, toujours aimable, accueillant et professionnel. L'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir le centre de Mons et accéder facilement aux restaurants et aux attractions. À recommander.
J’ai passé un super week-end dans cette hôtel ! Très calme super bien situé 😉 Mais le plus important est le personnel pour moi ! Très accueillant, serviable et mention spéciale pour Anaïs elle as été très agréable et serviable pendant notre séjour 🥰 Encore merci 🫶🏻
Nous avons séjourné pendant 4 nuits à cet hôtel. Étant un couple en situation de handicap, nous avons demandé une chambre PMR mais malheureusement nous avons eu une chambre où la salle de bain n'était pas du tout adaptée, nous sommes donc retournés à la réception, ils nous ont changé de chambre pour nous donner la seule chambre PMR de l'hôtel. Par la suite, nous avons sali le drap, quand nous avons demandé à l'équipe de refaire la chambre et de refaire les draps. La femme de chambre avait juste remis la couette au-dessus des draps encore sales..... Bonjour hygiène et le professionnalisme!!!

The reception lady and gentleman were fantastic during check in on 25th April evening and always welcomed us with so much warmth. Great location and parking available at a cost. Room was very clean and value for money.
