El Papito is the perfect place to experience authentic Spanish cuisine. Manu and Étienne are wonderful hosts who make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. They both speak Spanish, French and English. The prices are very reasonable by Belgian standards. The ingredients are imported directly from Spain, but this is Belgium, not Spain, so it’s only fair that prices reflect that. and! It is pet friendly! I highly recommend everyone to visit this little Spanish oasis in the heart of Mons
Nous avons découvert El Papito lors de la Ducasse de Mons et nous avons passé un très chouette moment. Nous avons choisi un assortiment de croquetas ainsi que des patatas bravas, et tout était vraiment délicieux. Les produits étaient savoureux et les portions agréables. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié l’ambiance du lieu : l’endroit est joliment décoré, avec une atmosphère chaleureuse qui donne envie de prendre le temps de profiter du moment. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour goûter d’autres propositions de la carte.
Extraordinary good! We felt like in Spain. We ordered croquetas, patatas bravas, carrillera and rabo de toro. You dont need to travel to Spain to try good food. Thanks!
