The waiter clearly had a problem with us when we sat down. It took forever for him to approach us to take an order. Then he demand we pay for our food before the appetizers we served. There were other tables and no one else was asked to pay before food their food arrived. The chicken strip were cold and dried out. Awful! Others enjoyed their food more, and I have had good food here before. However, the service has always been dreadful

Ongelooflijk nooit meegemaakt. 2u30 gewacht en geen eten gekregen met groep. Slechte service, geen eten en onvriendelijk. Nooit of nooit meer.

Service was extremely disappointing this time far below the standard we’ve come to expect from this establishment. We’ve visited before and typically had a great experience, which made this visit even more frustrating. The staff seemed inattentive, service was slow, and overall there was a noticeable lack of care. Hoping this was just an off day, but it definitely did not reflect the level of service we’re used to here.

Great bar. Loads of atmosphere. Fantastic staff. Great beers and good lite bites. Seating inside on 2 floors, plus pool tables and seating outside under umbrellas with heating.

Not at all. Waitress brought the wrong drink. After making her aware of it, and asking for the right one (sparkling water instead of still water) she answered: 'you already tasted it, so I have to put it on the bill. No, there is no way to offer you the right water without billing it to you.' In 20 years I have never experienced such a comment like that before!
