Nous avons été agréablement surpris par notre expérience chez Osmose hier soir. Une très belle découverte ! Mention spéciale pour le poulpe : fondant dès la première bouchée, avec une cuisson parfaitement maîtrisée. La crème brûlée a clôturé le repas en beauté. Un vrai délice du début à la fin. La serveuse était souriante et très agréable, ce qui a rendu le moment encore plus chaleureux. Mon conjoint et moi avons passé un super moment. Bravo au chef et à toute l'équipe !
Une fois de plus ce fut un très agréable moment, une association de multiples produits (parfois surprenante mais tjs sans faute) aux saveurs s'harmonisant parfaitement dans une assiette à la présentation précise et délicate. La carte est courte mais gage de produits frais, de saison et de qualité. La cuisine ouverte depuis laquelle le Chef Sandro opère de manière très organisée sans rien nous cacher est agréable à observer, mais le Chef garde lui aussi un œil sur sa salle pour être réactif aux demandes de ses clients, notamment pour de bons conseils d'association vin/plat, un petit mot sympa, ou donner précision sur sa cuisine. L'endroit est convivial, on s'y sent à l'aise.
We discovered this wonderful restaurant by chance while visiting Mons. The quality of food and its presentation was well above average. Service was very good too. The menu changes so check first. Should I return to Mons I will definitely be going back to this restaurant.
Le patron est aux petits soins pour ses clients. La cuisine était délicieuse tant sur le visuel que gustativement. Ce fût un véritable plaisir de revenir dans cet établissement.
