Opposite the Blaugies brewery, discover the tavern of the restaurant Le Fourquet, run by Cédric Carlier, the brewer's brother, and his wife Stéphanie Juste. Both graduates of the Saint-Ghislain hospitality school, they are joined by their three children: Ethan, Mathys, and Nolhan. Je recommande à 100% !!! Nous avons passé une nuit incroyable, l'hôtel est neuf. Tout est impeccable, pensé avec soin et très fonctionnel. La literie est très confortable et l'hôtel est très calme et bien insonorisé. Le petit déjeuner est très complet avec des produits de qualité, c'est vraiment parfait ! Et que dire des repas que nous avons pris sur place !!! Tout est frais, fabriqué maison cela faisait longtemps que nous n'avions pas aussi bien mangé dans un restaurant ! Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Parfait pour déconnecter et profiter !

Nous avons passé une journée magnifique, le restaurant est excellent, la viande est cuite au feu de bois et tout est fait maison. L'hôtel est fantastique aussi, bref nous avons adoré notre séjour ici 🤩

Nous venons de rentrer du restaurant. Inimaginable, je n ai jamais manger de viande aussi bonne. Steak de cheval accompagner de frites et sauce champignon. Je peux juste dire bravo et merci de ce moment extraordinaire

Nous étions 2 ,nous étions dans l arrière salle au milieu de toutes des tables pleines d enfants, très très bruyant. ! Il était rare de voir quelqu'un pour demander qq chose,le dessert n est jamais arrivé ! La viande était excellente, heureusement ! Nous y allons depuis très longtemps et première déception. Dommage
