Le Brasse-Temps Mons is an artisanal microbrewery where a selection of local beers are brewed on-site. Among the available beers are la Cuvée des Trolls, l'Ambrasse-Temps, la Blanche de Sainte-Waudru, and la Brasse-Temps des Cerises. The famous Bush Ambrée, Bush Blonde, and Pêche Mel Bush are produced at the parent brewery in Pipaix.

A brewery technician, supervised by Brasserie Dubuisson, ensures the quality of production by regularly brewing and controlling each step of the brewing process. The microbrewery operates on a small scale, following traditional brewing methods without any additives, ensuring high-quality artisanal beers.
