BrasseTempsHere, you can taste unique beers brewed on site and served directly from the storage tanks (4 x 1000 liters). Under the supervision of a specially trained brewing engineer, each recipe is crafted using traditional methods, without any additives, ensuring impeccable quality and full fidelity to the original recipes established in Pipaix, the birthplace of Brasserie Dubuisson.
But this is no ordinary brasserie! Beers such as Cuvée des Trolls, Ambrasse-Temps, Seasonal Beer and even Limited Editions are brewed on site. You’ll also find exclusively the original beers from Brasserie Dubuisson, served on tap at a bar with more than 16 draft pumps.
And the experience doesn’t end there! With family, friends or colleagues, share your favorite beer thanks to the “giraffes”: 3-liter pitchers perfect for a convivial moment. The venue also includes a restaurant area serving dishes made with house beers, along with a menu of hoppy cocktails.Take advantage of Happy Hour on weekdays from 5 pm to 6 pm (except Wednesdays and public holidays). And on your birthday, the house treats you to a “Rafale”: 4 typical draft beers served in 12.5 cl glasses.
Located right next to the motorway and offering a large car park, Brasse-Temps also provides tailor-made packages and a fully equipped meeting room (wifi, screen connectable to a PC, flipchart, etc.). The perfect place to combine pleasure, discovery and conviviality!

Belle brasserie, mais quelques conseils. Les mojitos ne sont franchement pas fous : j’ai cherché tout au long de ma boisson le sucre de canne, la menthe et la glace pilée. Notre serveur n’a pas été très aimable : pas de bonjour, et lorsque nous avons voulu prendre des amuse-gueules, il nous a indiqué que les cuisines n’étaient pas en service avant 18 h, sans pour autant nous proposer une alternative. Par la suite, un second serveur est venu, et pour le coup cette personne était très gentille. Il y avait eu une erreur dans notre commande : même si nous lui avons dit que ce n’était pas grave, il est allé chercher un autre coca pour améliorer notre expérience. Nous avons aussi décidé de manger sur place : les plats sont divins et le choix est varié. Pour ma part, je recommande la salade chèvre chaud et chèvre frais. Malgré le serveur désagréable et peu aimable, j’y retournerai avec plaisir. (Visite effectuée le jeudi à partir de 17 h 20.)
Endroit idéal pour y passer un excellent moment entre amis ou en couple ou encore solo. Service top. Et serveur très professionnel et agréable.

Very slow service. It was very hot inside and one side of the restaurant smelled like septic tank. Editing to add that we actually visited in early May, not during June's heatwave.
Super gezellig en overheerlijk eten. Personeel is super behulpzaam. Zeker een aanrader! 28/06/2025 Wij zijn weer geweest, en het eten was wederom super! Personeel herkenden ons nog van 7 maanden geleden! Nu gezellig op het buitenterras gezeten. Heerlijk weer en een gemoedelijke entourage! De volgende keer als wij weer in Mons zijn gaan wij zeker weer langs!
