Bon accueil, personnel sympa. Néanmoins il est dommage que la propreté de la chambre laisse beaucoup à désirer. Il y a un canapé et un petit fauteuil dans lequel on n'a vraiment pas envie de s'asseoir, rempli de taches. Murs sales, interrupeurs salles, baignoire sales. La literie n'était pas terrible non plus... L'air co n'a pas fonctionné, nous avons passé une mauvaise nuit. C'est dommage car le personnel est top et le cadre très calme et vert est superbe.
Le cadre était vraiment très agréable et le personnel très accueillant. Nous avons eu des soucis au niveau de notre chambre mais l’homme à l’accueil est intervenu très rapidement pour le régler. Comme je le dis toujours, les problèmes nous ne pouvons pas toujours les éviter alors l’intelligence est de s’adapter et de trouver des solutions. Merci à vous pour ce séjour agréable 😊
Il fait 40 degrés dehors, et la climatisation de la chambre ne fonctionne pas. Il y a 20 cm d’eau dans la piscine donc inutilisable. De plus, il y a une coupure d’eau, donc pas de douche, pas de toilette. Alors l’hotel n’y est pour rien. Mais ça fait beaucoup sur une seul nuit…
Belle découverte pour le côté insolite! Nous avons dormi dans l'une des petites cabane (diamant), très sympa, literie agréable, ambiance au top et dépaysant mais... la cabane mériterai un peu plus de nettoyage (poussière et toiles d'araignée) et un peu de rénovation (poignée de la porte fenêtre et salle de bain)... Sinon accueil au top personnel sympathique et repas très bon! Petit bémol pour les prix des boissons assez élevés... Bref bien mais peut être amélioré !
This hotel has been one of the worst I have ever visited. The ladies at the counter where nice but you could see they didn't give a rats ass if the hotel would go in flames or if we were green and from mars. The elevator was working but we had to call it several times because it was not responding, even empty. Or it would stay open and not close anymore. Finally we took the stairs. My 6 year old daughter was scared. The rooms where smelling like humidity and fungus. As seen on the pictures everything is wet. Also the wall connected with the bathroom was badly recovered to hide the moist behind the original paper, but was peeling from moist. Insect blood and other strange things sticking on the walls, damaged furniture, tv working half of the time and giving snow on the channels every 10min, impossible to close the window. Airconditioning full of dirt and dust. Sheets full of hair. We had to take them off and shake them out and turned them upside down. The toilet smelled like a public urinoir with brakelines in the porcelain pot. Lift up the seat and was dirty yellow. The shower in the bathroom was full of black fungus in the corners along with some hairs. Luckely we only had to stay there 1 night. If longer I would have left. You pay cheap but you even don't get what you pay for. Only advice I can give. Look for anything else than this hotel. The only thing missing was ghosts.
