Discover the farmhouse gîte "Le Fournil", ideally located in Montignies-Lez-Lens, just 15 km from Mons, Ath, and Soignies. This charming house, fully renovated in 2017, is set in an independent annex at the back of "La Ferme du Parc", a classified monument since 1976 by the Walloon Region. This peaceful and authentic place is perfect for a relaxing stay, offering all the comfort needed for 2 to 4 people.
The gîte features a fully equipped kitchen with a real pizza oven and an indoor barbecue, a cozy dining room heated with pellets, a spacious bedroom with high-quality bedding, a modern bathroom, and a comfortable living room. A private parking space is available, along with exclusive access to a gravel terrace furnished with garden furniture, a parasol, and an outdoor barbecue. You can also enjoy a shared garden with the owners.
On request, we provide baby equipment (travel cot, changing mat, high chair, bathtub, etc.). If you are traveling with your horses, stables are available for rent upon prior reservation.

Superbe décoration. On y séjourne volontiers pour retourner en enfance. À deux pas de Pairidaiza… mieux pour moins chers. Propriétaires à l’écoute et disponibles. Parking aisé.

Nous avions le plus petit logement des deux, les Trois Petits Cochons. J'ai vraiment adoré toute l'expérience. La ferme elle-même est magnifique et mon fils a pu nourrir tous les animaux dont il s'occupe encore. Espace parfait pour 2 personnes (1 chambre), nous avions aussi notre enfant de 2 ans, ce qui était faisable mais mieux si votre enfant a moins de 2 ans. J'ai mentionné quelques détails au propriétaire qui pourraient mieux utiliser l'espace et elle a semblé intéressée. C'est super charmant, bien aménagé, et possède son propre petit espace extérieur où vous pouvez entendre la vapeur bouillonner. C'est super nouveau donc très confortable. Lit confortable, climatisation, berceau, baignoire bébé, chaise haute, lave-linge et les hôtes étaient très gentils. Ils nous ont donné d'excellents conseils sur les activités locales. J'ai hâte de reprendre la famille.

Wij hebben een fantastisch weekend in Le Fournil gehad.het huisje is heel gezellig en mooi opgeknapt en alles wat je nodig hebt is er.het uitzicht is op de tuin en de paardenweiden is heel mooi.wij hebben ook erg genoten van de rondleiding op de boerderij! En Marie-Julie is een heel fijne gastvrouw! Echt een aanrader!
