Welcome to Domaine des Deux Hêtres, a true gem of nature located in the heart of the Nature Park of the Hauts-Pays, in the picturesque village of Sars-la-Bruyère, Frameries. This exceptional estate, with its 18th-century castle steeped in history, offers you a unique setting for a timeless stay. A witness to World War I, the castle will appeal to history and heritage enthusiasts, while its 10-hectare park will captivate nature lovers.
We offer four refined rooms, fully renovated to ensure your comfort. Each room is equipped with high-quality bedding and a private bathroom. Our rooms accommodate two people and provide a warm and intimate atmosphere.
Each morning, enjoy a complete and varied breakfast, primarily composed of local and homemade products. In winter, you can enjoy your meal by the fire in our cozy dining room.
We also offer an aperitif or table d’hôtes option, upon request. The meals are carefully prepared by Elisabeth and Géraud, passionate about family-style cooking. Depending on the season, you will discover delicious dishes made from regional products and vegetables from our own garden. Local drinks, such as craft beers, as well as wines and sparkling beverages carefully selected by our wine expert, are also available.
If you wish to organize a group stay (family, friends, colleagues...), we can adapt our services to accommodate more than 8 people. Don’t hesitate to contact us to define the package that suits your needs and desires.

Staying here was a peaceful, relaxing and cosy experience. Delicious breakfast with local cheese, fresh eggs, juice, good bread and great cappuccinos. The owners are a lovely family. Nice restaurants in the area, try La Marelle for amazing steaks.

Elise und Geraud sind wirklich super Gastgeber! Das Abendessen war fantastisch und das Frühstück auch. Zimmer waren sauber und Betten bequem. Das ganze Anwesen ist in perfekten Zustand. Perfekt zum entspannen.

We hebben net een fantastisch verblijf gehad in de gastenkamers in het kasteel. De gastheren zijn super attent. Ze kennen de omgeving door en door, dus ze kunnen je goed adviseren over activiteiten in de omgeving. Ze koken heerlijke gerechten met lokale en hoogwaardige ingrediënten. Veel ervan komt zelfs uit de tuin van het landgoed. Ze hebben de kamers ook met smaak ingericht, waarbij de ziel van het gebouw behouden is gebleven, maar het wel is aangepast aan de moderne tijd. Vaak stonden er ook verse bloemen in elke kamer. Onze kinderen hebben ook genoten van het verblijf, vooral van de ontmoetingen met de kippen en schapen, en natuurlijk de heerlijke, kenmerkende chocoladetaart. Ze willen niet meer weg, en wij ook niet. We komen zeker terug.

Wij hebben een gezellig weekend doorgebracht op deze prachtige locatie. We werden hartelijk ontvangen en voelden ons dadelijk welkom. We kregen dadelijk verse kersen uit de tuin en gingen zelf ook op ontdekking rond het domein. Zelfs een regenachtige zaterdag kon ons verblijf niet slecht maken. We konden namelijk genieten van het prachtige interieur en de gezelligheid van deze chateau. Naast een heerlijk ontbijt met vele lokale producten, kregen we ook elke keer een gezellige babbel. We voelden ons echt thuis. Dankjewel voor dit fijne moment van rust.

Mooie kamers met een prachtig uitzicht! Zeer behulpzame en vriendelijke gastheren. Het zelfgemaakte ontbijt werd gemaakt met alle lokaal geproduceerde ingrediënten, wat een mooi gebaar was. Over het algemeen denk ik dat het waar voor uw geld was. We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf hier en zullen weer terugkomen. Wij hadden ons niet beter kunnen wensen.
