Wij hadden dit hotel geboekt via bongo met tickets voor Pairi Daiza. Een prachtig hotel, mooie kamers, vriendelijk personeel en een lekker ontbijt.

ZEER mooie, propere kamer. Medewerkers zijn vriendelijk maar spreken geen woord Nederlands. Moesten we hier niet toevallig op uitgekomen zijn via Bongo, zouden we hier nooit naartoe zijn gekomen (owv ligging) Ontbijt was ook echt niet ok! Een uur voor het einde werden geen propere borden of koffietassen meer aangevuld. Fruit zat vol vliegjes, 'warme eten' was gewoon koud (roerei, spek, pannenkoek). Echt zonde voor zo'n mooi hotel!

Bon emplacement, calme, établissement très propre, personnel adorable, repas qualitatif, parking gratuit, bon wifi. Seul point négatif, nous avons du mal avec les fenêtres fixes dans la chambre car aucune ouverture, mais Clim présente.

Rooms are good, amazing shower, decent space. But... NO ROOM CLEANING FOR A WEEK... Put my 'clean my room' sign on all day... didn't get any cleaned room for all week. Needed to ask fresh towels multiple times and reminded them on not cleaning my room for days... "we're so sorry, tomorrow we will do it". Didn't happen
