When I have to come to the front desk multiple times to have my temperature adjusted, this is not OK. When I am given the excuse that they are having AC issues and it will not be addressed until tomorrow, that is not OK. This is a high-end hotel, and needs to conduct itself accordingly. The bad stuff out of the way, the attached restaurant is 90% quite good, and the staff is mostly very friendly. I will not speak to the location, but the large mall nearby is easy walking distance.

We hadden wel een beetje last van de airco als je in de nacht wakker werd. Normaal hoor je hem niet en val je gewoon in slaap in de mooie kamers. Wel heb je bij de ene kamer een iets grotere raam dan de ander. We hadden 2 kamers dus zodoende wisten we dat. Mooi en luxe ontbijt ,groot restaurant, zwembad,fitness,welness,vriendelijk personeel op loopafstand van Grand pres winkelcentrum, treinstation. Hotel geboekt met arrangement PairiDaiza. Even sparen voor de volgende keer of wachten op kortingsactie ,maar zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Un Excellent séjour, rien à dire, personnel très accueillant, souriant, peu importe les questions, nous sommes dirigés à la perfection. Chambre très propre, rien à dire, on demande le nettoyage, tout est remis à jour. L’espace piscine nickel, dommage pour l’accès au Spa etc qu’il faut payer mais rien de méchant. Époustouflant cet établissement, je recommande fortement ! Merci à tous, pour ce séjour chez vous!

We used this hotel as a stopover for our trip home from vacation. We were blown away by the staff friendliness not only towards our daughter but also our dog. The restaurant has a kids play area like an indoor playground while still allowing for a chic restaurant atmosphere as it was segregated. Our big dog was warmly welcomed and we were treated like family. I can highly recommend this restaurant to anyone traveling with pets or kids!

Großartiges Hotel für eine Zwischenübernachtung (auch mit Hund) auf dem Weg aus Hessen in die Normandie oder Bretagne.
