Maurine Géron is a pastry chef from Mons, trained at the École Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie founded by Alain Ducasse. She then began her career in Paris, notably working in the kitchens of the Palais de l’Élysée. After returning to Belgium, she chose to focus on demanding artisanal craftsmanship, driven by a keen eye for detail and deep respect for quality ingredients. She is also a member of the Collège Culinaire de Belgique.

At her atelier-boutique in Hyon, Maurine Géron offers handcrafted creations, with a selection that evolves throughout the seasons and key moments of the year. Entremets, limited-edition creations and pastry cookies are prepared with particular attention to flavour balance, texture and refined finishing.
