Located in Harmignies, near Mons, this young agroecological vineyard saw its first vines planted in 2024.

An agroecological vineyard in the heart of Harmignies (Mons)
On a 2.5-hectare plot, nearly 1,000 vines have been carefully selected:
- For white wines: Solaris, Muscaris, and Sauvignon gris
- For red wines: Prior and Divico
The first vintage is expected by 2026, with a production target of 15,000 bottles per year.
Alongside this, Cédric and Sophie also cultivate lavender and lavandin using organic farming methods, with the ambition of producing their own essential oils.
In the long term, the couple aims to turn the estate into a place for discovery and sharing centred on sustainable viticulture, by developing an educational vineyard open to the public.
