Brasserie 3F: Tradition, Passion & Creativity
Brasserie 3F is first and foremost a story of tradition, family, and friendship. Founded by three enthusiasts – Pierre, Rémy, and Jonathan – it blends authentic craftsmanship with creative dynamism to offer unique beers.
- Pierre, great-grandson of a Belgian brewer, started the adventure in 2014 by creating his own beer, La Forge, as part of his graduation project. Due to its success, he decided to turn it into a sustainable project.
- Rémy grew up in a family brewery in Douai, developing a passion for beer brewing from an early age.
- Jonathan, an entrepreneur at heart and a big beer fan, decided to dedicate his energy to this passion.
Brasserie 3F is the story of a trio united by a love for beer and a desire to share authentic and innovative creations!
Discover six beers divided into two ranges!
Les Dominicains: a range focused on spices and aromatic hops, reinventing specialty beers. These are golden blondes that are bottle-conditioned.
Among these are:
- Beer aged in barrels
- Dubbel, a subtle blend of hops and orange
- Tripel, with soft and spicy flavors from coriander
- Quadrupel, where superior malts combine with hops. A touch of spice sets it apart from other strong beers.
These names echo the history of beers brewed in monasteries, indicating the concentration of malt and the alcohol content.
Les Forges: a range that includes two high-fermentation blonde beers with citrus notes.
These include:
- La Forge, very focused on the caramelized and cereal taste of malt
- La Forge IPA, highly hopped, bitter, with notes of lemon and passion fruit.
