Be Well Bar

Cet endroit est vraiment incroyable! Le personnel, le service, la qualité de la nourriture et des cocktails est juste exceptionnel. Cela fait plusieurs années que nous venons, et nous n’avons jamais été déçu. Si vous souhaitez passer un moment de détente autour d’un bon cocktail et de la bonne nourriture, c’est l’endroit parfait!

On our way to Pairi Daiza we planed a stop over in Lens, a rural Village with some nice facilities. We arrived at our overnighted stay after a 2 hr drive and thought to go for a bit to eat. Our first plan, getting a rotisserie chicken at the local Carrefour and having a meal in our appartment, was canceld. No chicken. So let's find a nice restaurant/ bar. Be Well stood out and we thought to have a quick meal there. Sadly to our surprise we were not welcome. As soon as we steped in a waiter came up to us. Our French is limited but we did understood the French where he said that the was no place for us 'it was a full'... This at 19.00 hr and only 2 or maybe 3 tables that where served. We, my wife and I, felt that this was more an excuse for not having us. Maybe it was because of our two children (10 and 13) or because we were not from around. Nonetheless, we didn't felt welcome. At the parking lot we looked at our options before driving away. We saw 2 more couples stepping in and walking right on though. Ofcours they could have reservations, but the way how they reacted was off. And it seems they want to protect their luxueus lounge-/ cocktail bar image.

Ça faisait un moment que je voulais venir car j'adore les cocktails et je n'ai pas été déçue! Déjà l'accueil ! Personnel souriant et attentionné. Le lieu est très chaleureux et l'ambiance très agréable. Le choix des cocktails est large, la carte des tapas et desserts donnent envie de goûter à tout. Le service est rapide et tout était divin ! Honnêtement, ça fait plaisir qu'il y ait encore des endroits comme celui-ci. J'ai mis du temps à venir mais je reviendrai très vite faire découvrir cette petite pépite aux amies et famille.

Je m’attendais clairement à autre chose depuis le temps que j’en ai entendu parler. Je trouve les prix très élevés au vu du cadre. Après le cocktail était super bon mais ca n’a pas suffit à me convaincre d’y retourner.

De klantenservice was goed, ze schudden je de hand als ze je begroeten en als je server hallo zegt. De bartafel heeft beperkte ruimte, het was echt slecht dat ik daar aan het eten was. De chai was comfortabel. Het eten was heerlijk. Mijn eten kwam binnen 10 minuten uit, het was belachelijk en ze hadden het druk. Mijn dessert duurde echter bijna 39 minuten! Ik werd ongeduldig en geïrriteerd. Ik zal mijn beoordeling niet verlagen, want al met al was de verlichting perfect, de mensen in de buurt waren bescheiden en hadden plezier, de service was geweldig en het eten 10/10. Ook was de prijs helemaal niet slecht, mensen vertelden me dat het prijzig was, helemaal niet
